Packages and Pricing
MS Virtual Services offers clear pricing on it’s services. We don’t charge a bunch of different rates for the work being done. This pricing model allows us to offer clients the services they need without a bunch of upcharges for this or that, you pay for the hours the work takes, plain and simple.
Monthly Retainer Packages
40 hours per month = $1000
60 hours per month = $1500
80 hours per month = $2000
100 hours per month = $2500
120 hours per month = $3000
140 hours per month =$3500
160 hours per month = $4000
Additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $28 per hour.
All monthly retainers have a minimum 3 month service term, automatically renew, billed 2 days in advance and require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
Weekly Packages
Additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $30 per hour.
All weekly packages have a minimum 2 week service term, automatically renew, billed 2 days in advance and require a 7 day notice of cancellation.
10 hours per week = $280
20 hours per week = $560
30 hours per week = $840
40 hours per week = $1120

Hourly Packages
10 hours = $300
20 hours = $600
30 hours = $900
40 hours = $1200
50 hours = $1500
Hourly packages are stand alone packages, they do not renew automatically. Once the hours are used, you can decide if you want to purchase another package or stop services.
Terms of Service and Billing
Monthly packages have a 3 month minimum service term and weekly packages have a 3 week service minimum service term. All monthly and weekly retainer packages are on a “use it or lose it” basis. If you are concerned about needing less hours than purchased, I suggest going with a smaller package and adjusting if need be.
Billing for any package is paid in advance and there are no refunds on packages purchased.
Client Referral Program
As with any business, we love referrals! If you refer a potential client to us and they sign on, we will pay you a referral fee of 10% of their initial package purchase or a credit of equal amount to your account if you prefer. This is our way of thanking you for helping our business grow. There is no limit to how many clients you can refer.
Change of Rates
In the event that we should increase our rates, you will be given a 30 day notice before such a change takes place. At that point you can either choose to continue services, or if the rates do not suit your budget, you can choose to stop services at the end of the current package you have purchased.
Notice to Stop Services
With the exception of straight hourly packages, we require a written notice of intent to stop services. A weekly package requires a 7 day notice, a monthly package requires a 30 day notice. Such notice must be sent in writing via email.
Disputes
We take pride in providing outstanding service, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you are receiving, please let us know. We will do our best to remedy the situation, and in some cases we will even replace the hours free of charge. However, the issue must be brought to our attention as soon as possible, don’t wait to bring it up otherwise we won’t be aware there is a problem and we can’t fix what we don’t know is broken.
Communication
We are partners in each other’s success, with that being said, communication is of key importance. We like to schedule weekly status meetings or at a minimum bi-weekly. This ensures everything is running smoothly and everyone is on the same page. However, if you need anything at any time, please reach out via email or phone to discuss.
